Randall Weston founded The Weston Group in 1992. He became an Occupational Therapist and gained firsthand experience of the importance of therapeutic services. He sought to provide high quality rehabilitation in Assisted Living communities. Mr. Weston’s passion to deliver highly skilled, exceptional therapy services in the comfort of a senior living setting led to the development of The Weston Group, Inc. The company’s mission is to provide a full range of person-centered, evidence-based therapeutic services to maximize the individuals’ ability to function independently, thus enhancing quality of life.

Jill Spear graduated from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga and The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. She has managed a large rehab center, managed in and out-patient clinics in hospitals in FL and TN, and owned and operated a therapy staffing company. Jill enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and her dogs. "I am privileged to work for the Weston Group and have the opportunities it’s given me to build strong partnerships with facilities, home health, orthopedic practices and hospice providers."

Carla Wasbes
graduated from Sage Graduate school with a Master’s in Physical Therapy,
a minor in modern dance, and a concentration in organizational development.
She joined the company in 2006 as a full-time clinical coordinator and treating physical therapist.
She works with therapists and site staff on the daily operations
needed for a successful and safe community of residents utilize to our services.
Carla joined the executive committee in 2017 as National Vice President of Operations and has helped
the New York region grow while taking on national program development leadership with the company.

Tiffany Burgess: “I have been an OT for 12 years and have had extensive experience in providing exceptional OT services to seniors and in multi-site management. I have a a bachelor’s degree in Health Science, and a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Spalding University. I absolutely love serving my community and church! TIFFANY BURGESS
Regional Director of Operations
Andrew Harnish graduated with a Bachelor’s from Penn State University and a Doctorate from Arcadia University.
He completed his residency and is a board certified geriatric specialist (GCS). His clinical passions are working with individuals with Dementia and Parkinson’s Disease.
He is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and LSVT BIG certified.
When working with patients, his philosophy is, "Give every patient the compassion and care as if they were your own grandparent."
Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors with his family, playing sports, and traveling.

Angela Aquila Angela Aquila was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and currently lives in Charlotte NC. Angela studied Occupational Therapy at Kent State University and graduated in 2011. She has worked for the Weston Group since 2015 and became the Clinical Coordinator for the North Carolina region in 2018. Angela loves to travel and enjoys cooking and eating different foods. She enjoys spending time with her very handsome Doberman dog.

Hannah Doyle has a Bachelors in Rehabilitation Science from the University of TN Chattanooga, and a Masters from the University of TN Health Science Center. She enjoys traveling, hiking, reading as well as playing ball and frisbee with her dogs in Chattanooga, TN. "The Weston Group has given me the opportunity to connect and grow quality relationships with seniors in our assisted living facilities while being able to provide them with productive and beneficial therapy services.”

John Rodell has a Bachelors in Biology from State University of NY at Geneseo and a Masters in Physical Therapy from Touro College in New York City. He has have 5 years experience in outpatient orthopedics in upstate NY, and has worked for The Weston Group for the last 15 years. He lives in Lake Wylie, SC with his wife and 2 sons.

Linda Bowser has a Bachelors degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She is a member of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy with a practice area of emphasis in geriatrics. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 31 years. She has a daughter in college and 3 sons in high school. She enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. "I began my journey with The Weston Group as an Occupational Therapist. I am privileged to work closely with an excellent management team as well as supervising a great group of therapists."

Amanda Turner earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Community Services from East Carolina University. She has been practicing Occupational Therapy for 9 years. She found her niche early on in the profession working with the geriatric population. She is passionate about enhancing quality of life and promoting aging in place while utilizing a client-centered approach. She enjoys living the low country life on Hilton Head Island.

Jamel Pharr has been a Physical Therapist Assistant for 12 years. Jamel is originally from Philadelphia and has lived in the Carolinas for 12 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 1 year old daughter and loves basketball, so much so that he coaches high school basketball in the evenings and in his free time. Jamel enjoys being a PTA because he loves to help people and see their progress.

Robin Dale graduated from South College Asheville and has been a treating PTA for 4 years with the Weston group. Robin gets great joy from helping his patients meet measurable goals, maintain current level of function and keep a high quality of life. Robin loves to go hiking, play tennis, and spend time with his wife and two children.

Kristina Vining is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who loves assisting people to regain their independence. Leadership is a passion for Kristina. Jessica Byers grew up in Frankfort, Kentucky where she still lives with her husband, 2 boys, and their dog. She graduated with a Masters in Mental Health from University of Louisville and a Masters of Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University. Her passion has long been working with the geriatric population and particularly with all types of dementia. When she’s not working she enjoys gardening, reading, watching her boys play sports, and managing her own special events floral business with one of her best friends.

Becky Walker has lived in the Myrtle Beach area for over 20 years. She is a graduate of HGTC, Coastal Carolina University and Western Governors University. She has worked in many different settings including skilled rehab, assisted living, outpatient and home health and enjoys working with the geriatric population. When not working she loves traveling, live music, and spending time with her 3 children and 3 dogs.

Brook-Lee Oldridge graduated from Middle Georgia State University, and has been a COTA for 6 years. Brook is originally from Utah, & moved to Georgia in 2011 shortly after graduating from Weber State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Brook has been with The Weston Group since 2021, and has had the opportunity of growing & enhancing her leadership skills. Brook gets great joy helping her patients meet their goals, and enhance their quality of life. Brook enjoys working out, spending time with friends/family & her dog CharLee.
